Royal Mail prices have risen again this week, with first class stamps now costing 62p each and second class 53p.  The increases themselves aren’t huge, but the annual cost of postage can be quite staggering if you’re sending your invoices and statements out by post.

Now might be a good time to look at sending these by email, straight from your accounts package.  It’s free, less administration for you and of course the invoices get there quicker, which means you might get paid quicker too.
